Bulk Registration Package Rules & Regulations
| 1. |
1.Organization needs to appoint a registration person who will enter the particulars of participants into the system. S/He will be issued username and password for registration. This appointed person from the organization will be solely responsible for all the registrations for the organization and will bear the consequences of any abuse of this confidential information. |
| 2. |
Organization to ensure that all their participants have read and agreed to the event’s rules and regulations, and that all registration forms are duly completed and signed by their participants. Event organizers will not be responsible for any dispute arising from incomplete forms/ keying errors by the companies. |
| 3. |
1.Organization needs to enter the particulars of participants by 30 September 2005 for Period 1, and by 07 November 2005 for Period 2. Race category/ team membership is not transferable. |
| 4. |
rganization is to forward the completed forms to the Singapore Sports Council (Attn: Shawn Lee, 15 Stadium Road, National Stadium, S397718) by 07 October 2005 for Period 1, and by 14 November 2005 for Period 2 as records. |
| 5. |
1.Event organizers reserve the right to refuse race entry for the registered participants if payment is not made by 07 October 2005 for Period 1 and by 14 November 2005 for Period 2. |
| 6. |
1.Cheque payment should be crossed and made payable to “Singapore Sports Council” and attention to Shawn Lee, Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon, 15 Stadium Road, National Stadium, Singapore 397718. |

The existing event rules and regulations apply in this agreement. |
